With regards to payment of your vehicle you can pay the following ways:
• Bank Transfer (Preferred Method) Please quote your new registration number as payment reference. This should be done the day prior to your intended collection date unless you are collecting the vehicle on a Saturday, in which case please arrange the transfer on the Thursday before collection.

If you are part exchanging a vehicle, we require the following on the day of collection:
InsurancePlease make sure you have arranged valid car insurance from the time of collection. If you have ordered a new car, a
registration number will be allocated to you in plenty of time so you can arrange this. If it is a used vehicle your
registration number will be on your copy of the order form.
You have been emailed important information regarding the purchase of GAP Cover in order to give you enough time to make an informed decision. Please simply click on the link “insurance product quotation”, then enter your email address and unlock code, which will be your date of birth as an 8-digit number.
Private Number Plates
You can apply to keep or transfer a private registration number by logging onto:
This will enable you to transfer the number plate to another vehicle, or retain the registration number for future use. We ask that once you have completed the online process, simply print a copy of the confirmation page and give it to us with your V5c document (this must show your private plate). We can then have new number plates made and fitted for both your new and current car if required.
